✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

We’ll replace or refund your item if:

• It arrives damaged or misprinted

• You received the wrong item or size

• There’s a quality or print error

Please send clear photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

• Wrong size or color ordered by mistake

• Buyer’s remorse

• Used, worn, or washed items

• Personalized items (unless faulty)

💸 Refunds

Once your request is approved, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
